You can connect your AI Showroom with your Cyncly Website. This integration will send your captured leads into the Flex cloud.
From here you can convert Leads into Projects and create Designs in Design Flex.
Requirements
You need your user credentials for your Website (Home Base) and Cyncly Flex login.
How to connect your website to Flex cloud
- Sign in to your Home Base at https://my.broadlume.com
- Go to Lead Settings under Performance:

Enable the On button next to Flex cloud ??
- You will be prompted to login with your Cyncly Flex ID and password.
- You will see this prompt asking for permissions for integration:
- Click Allow Access to grant permission.
- The integration is now enabled and can be managed in your Flex Settings.
Click Integration Services and you will see the Cyncly Websites integration is active. You can remove permission if you wish to unlink your accounts.
Now a lead will be shown in Flex Cloud where you can work with it as usual, converting into a Project and creating designs with Design Flex.
